No Funds, But Making Purchases...

Sometimes, Monica asks me some of the dumbest things:

Monica: Did I send you some email over the weekend?
Me: (...how would I know, you sent them?) I just got in and checking my emails now.

Monica: Do you know how far X is
Me: (...how would I know; I don't have business there?) That would be a great Google question

(When pens come in packs of 12)
Monica: Can I buy 6 black and 6 red?
Me: ...It's packaged in a group. They're not going to 

Anyway, Monica has been killing his time with a car search. Wait, what? why? I have the same questions. The way this industry works for funds is through bidding, which the company has none right now. However, Monica wants to get a 'company car.'

Monica: I'm looking at this car for the company
Me: ...But you haven't won any proposals
Monica: But my loan I proposed for proposed for a company car...
Me: ...But it doesn't mean you take/use it (It's not free money...and it's under your name)
